On day 1 leadership is at the table and sets the direction. Without that conversation we do not build, and we do not drop in loose AI tools.
No training at your expense.
Every project has an experienced lead from us, from day 1 until it works. We train our people in-house, not at your expense.
No dependency.
Everything runs on your own systems and your AI leads manage it. If we stay after that, it is your choice, not a necessity.
No AI for AI's sake.
Sometimes a simple automation without AI is better. Then we choose that.

Copilot makes your people faster. We let AI do the work itself, with someone on your team checking it. That is the difference between an assistant and a colleague.
The Kickstart takes 4 weeks: then the first process runs without retyping, with your real data. If you want to scale after that, we work alongside you for at least 6 months. After that your own AI leads can manage it.
Your own AI leads. These are people from your team we train during the project: they keep it working and build the next one themselves. Ownership sits with you.
Only if you choose to. Your IT decides where it runs: in your own environment, or on a platform for which we, as implementation partner, arrange the licence. You always keep access to what runs.
