You sit on the front line, at the client, hands on the controls. No slides, no talk.
You work with the best tools
The newest AI tools, and time to learn them. You stay sharp in a field that changes weekly.
Small and sharp
Little overhead, a lot of autonomy. We do not grow for the sake of growing, and we share the profit.
A week, more or less
Not a template. But this is the shape most weeks take once an engagement is running: Monday together in the office, then two to three days on site, a demo every two weeks, and the AI lead building their own automation next to you.
Monday
Everyone in the office. Walk through the week, work out what is stuck somewhere, and show each other what works.
Afternoon for the work that does not need a client in the room.
Tuesday
On site. Backlog with the AI lead, and a look at what broke in what is already running.
Interviews with three domain experts. Not the process documentation, but how the work actually goes.
Wednesday
Building the automation that has to go live this sprint.
The AI lead builds their second automation. You sit next to them and keep your hands off the keyboard.
Thursday
Demo. Every two weeks you show what runs, to the people who will use it tomorrow.
Feedback straight into the build, while everyone still has it fresh.
Friday
One Friday a month is build day: no client, just building and learning. The other Fridays are for your backlog and the week ahead.
What we expect
High agency is the entry requirement, not the exception. You do not just bring problems, you bring direction. The difference between “there is a problem” and “I saw a problem, found the cause and fixed it, just so you know” is the difference between someone who fits here and someone who does not.

Who you will work with
A core on payroll and a fixed group of specialists who have been running with us for months. Small enough that you know what everyone is working on.
