Cookies
Cookies are small files that are automatically placed on your device when you visit our website. Thanks to these cookies, the site works properly and we can see how visitors use the website. If you give permission, we also use cookies to display external content or to better tailor our marketing. We use three categories of cookies:
Functional cookies

Analytical cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors use the website. This allows us to improve the website.
Marketing cookies
These cookies are used to show relevant advertisements and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Analytical and marketing cookies are only placed after SPAIK has obtained consent. A complete and up-to-date overview of all cookies used on our website, including their functions and retention periods, is automatically shown in our Cookiebot banner.
Automated decision-making and profiling
SPAIK uses AI and automated analyses to support its services, which may involve profiling. We do not make decisions without human intervention that have legal consequences or significantly affect individuals. Should this occur, you have the right to request human intervention, express your point of view and contest the decision.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not share data with other parties unless this is genuinely necessary to properly perform our services. Examples include freelancers, Google Calendar, Google Meet, email marketing tools, Attio, ProspectPro, Exact, the accountant or (if really necessary) a collection agency. In such cases they always act on behalf of SPAIK and not for their own purposes. We make clear agreements, such as data processing agreements or confidentiality obligations, to ensure your data remains safe and confidential.
For certain cookies, data may be processed outside the EEA, for example when using certain marketing, communication or analytics tools. In such cases we ensure that the data is adequately protected, including through standard contractual clauses approved by the EU (SCCs).
Security
SPAIK takes appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data. Examples include periodic password rotation (at least every six months), two-factor authentication (2FA), database encryption and the application of row-level security (RLS). We regularly review our measures and adjust them where necessary.
Changes
From time to time SPAIK may update this privacy and cookie statement. We may do so without prior notice, but the most recent version will always be available on our website. We therefore recommend checking this policy regularly to ensure it still aligns with your preferences.
Rights of data subjects
You have the right to access the personal data processed by SPAIK, to have it corrected or deleted. You may also request that the processing be restricted or object to it. In addition, you have the right to receive the data in a commonly used digital format. Where processing is based on consent, that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
