About SPAIK
SPAIK is a Dutch AI consultancy and training company. We build AI solutions that Dutch mid-market companies actually use, and we train the teams that have to work with them every day. Founded in 2024 in Amsterdam by Jochem van Laren, Thijs Bongertman and Jan Bolle.
What we do
We work in two lanes that reinforce each other. Consultancy: from AI strategy and roadmap to concrete pilots and full implementation, including governance and the EU AI Act. Training: practical, hands-on programmes delivered in-company and built around your own processes, taking teams from AI awareness to daily AI use.
Why we exist
Most AI projects in mid-market companies stall in PowerPoint. Slides become pilots, pilots become demos, demos become "interesting, we'll see next year." The bottleneck is rarely the technology. It's the gap between the C-suite and the people who do the work. SPAIK closes that gap by building AI that survives contact with reality, and by upskilling the people who have to live with it.

How we publish
