Euphoria Mobility is a taxi and mobility company with 60+ employees and over 20 years of operational data. The ambition to use AI was there, but the team ranged from curious to skeptical. CTO Vincent Bekker didn't want months of strategy — he wanted proof.

First, we brought everyone along with a training — not just developers. Then we went deeper with a training for a technical core group. When this team was ready: a two-day AI hackathon with 25 developers in 6 teams. No slides, building directly on real Euphoria data (100,000+ rides, 500 vehicles, 1,000+ drivers). Each team got a concrete business challenge with SPAIK guidance. The hackathon also produced an on-premise AI assistant that makes 240,000+ Zendesk tickets and thousands of Wiki pages searchable for the operations team.

The hackathon produced 6 working prototypes in 2 days, 3 of which went directly to production. Participants rated knowledge increase through the hackathon at 4.5/5. Skeptics were converted: "Build a PoC in very little time and with some more work, something that could go to production." The on-premise AI assistant has been successfully completed: from hackathon idea to working product. Claude Code was by far the most valued tool among developers.
