How it works
Intake
Which tools you use, which systems the agent may touch, and who takes part. We agree up front what IT needs to arrange in access and laptops.
Module 1: skills
From AI as assistant to AI as colleague. Participants have an agent finish a multi-step task on its own and capture their own way of working as a reusable skill.
Module 2: connections
How MCPs work and where to use them. Every participant builds one, to a system they use daily.
Module 3: agent workflows
Several agents working together, with an orchestrator dividing the work. By the end there is a workflow ready for daily use.
