From insider to builder
€4,900 per participant · 12 weeks, alongside the job
The AI Lead Program is a twelve-week programme in which someone from your own team is trained into the person who builds the AI work and owns it, alongside the job. Because the building has already moved to the departments, the ownership has not: plenty is running and nobody is accountable for it. At the end an automation is running on your own data and they can build the next one themselves. €4,900 per participant.
People are already building with AI at your company. The question is who owns it.

AI leads we trained before
Is this for you?
Yes, if...
- Things are already running on AI at your company, and nobody is accountable for them
- You have someone in mind who should be leading this
- You want to be able to do this yourselves, not keep hiring it in
No, if...
- You don't know where the opportunities are yetStart with an Inspiration Session →
- You want proof that it works before you train peopleStart with a Kickstart →
- You are looking for an accredited title for a tender or a performance review. A post-graduate course is the better choice then, and we would rather say so now
- An open group of strangers and a practice case suits you fine. You will find that cheaper elsewhere
What makes this different from a course
Someone who already knows the process, not someone who still has to learn it
The hard part is not the building. It is knowing which work is worth the trouble. Only someone who already works there knows that.
Work from their own department, not a practice case
They build on your data, in your environment. What runs at the end keeps running.
A closed cohort, not an open enrolment
At most ten people from your own organization. They know each other's processes, so an example from one department lands straight away in the next.
Governance is part of it, not underneath it
A named owner, agreements with your IT, separate environments. Without those agreements the building part does not start.
The tooling changes, the judgement does not
Agents will soon sit in licences you already pay for. Choosing, judging and explaining lasts longer than any tool.
What you get out of it
An automation that runs
On real data from their own department, in your own environment. Not an exercise and not a demo account.
An opportunity map for their department
What else is there, with impact and feasibility next to it. That is the agenda for next year.
An adoption plan with a business case
Measured against the baseline from week three, so with a number from before and after. This is the piece you show your leadership team.
A passed governance check
On their own build, not on a theory question. Who owns it, what happens when something goes wrong, and what has been agreed with your IT.
How it works
Weeks 1 to 3: choosing
They map the work of their department and choose what to build. With a baseline, so at the end you know what it delivered.
Weeks 4 to 7: building
Build fundamentals in a group session, then building with guidance. In week seven they show their first working version to the others.
Weeks 8 to 10: making it reliable
From “it works” to “you can build on it”. A named owner, agreements with IT, and a plan to bring their colleagues along.
Weeks 11 and 12: finishing
Putting the portfolio together, measuring impact against the baseline, and a final assessment with a live demo and a pitch to management.

What it costs
- Eleven contact momentsSix group sessions, three one-on-ones on their own build, a peer session and the final assessment.
- A cohort that is yours aloneAt most ten participants from your own organization. No open group of strangers.
- Certification against what is deliveredThe certificate hangs on the four deliverables, not on a grade we hand out. If one of them is missing, that is our failure and we say so in week six.
- Training instead of hiringHiring barely works, and the hard part is not the building but knowing the process. Only someone who already works there knows that.
One protected day a week is the condition, not the wish. If that day does not materialize, we do not start.
Next step
Everything above says what the role involves, what it costs and what comes out of it. Enough to put to your organization, and this page is meant to be forwarded. What is not on it is who would be the first at your company. A thirty-minute call is enough for that.
Frequently asked questions about the AI Lead Program
Because it does not work. 73 percent of Dutch employers cannot fill their vacancies, and AI literacy ranks fourth on the list of hardest skills to fill (ManpowerGroup, March 2026). The role appears in no salary guide, so you don't know what to offer. And the hard part is not the building but knowing the process. Only someone who already works there knows that.
No. They build on real data in your own environment, and that means waiting for access and for connections that do not work right away. In scattered hours you get no further than the skeleton. If it does go wrong, we have an honest conversation in week six with them and their manager. We do not push it forward to the final presentation.
Governance is one of the four competencies and not a theory module: they apply it to their own build and deliver a passed check. Every automation comes with a named owner, documentation, and agreements with your IT about updates, access and separate environments. Without those agreements the building part does not start.
The building probably will be. Agents already sit in licences you pay for and it gets easier every year. That is why building is the backbone here and not the goal. What stays is choosing which work to tackle, judging whether the outcome is right, and being able to explain why it was set up that way. That lasts longest, whatever environment they end up building in.
€4,900 per participant for twelve weeks. A cohort is yours alone and holds at most ten people. Several participants from the same organization is the normal situation; what that costs we work out in the quote. More than ten goes into a following cohort.

Which process should you start with?
We know that after a half-hour call. Then you also know whether we are the right partner.
