How it works
Weeks 1-3: Choose
Map the department's work, and take a baseline.
Weeks 4-7: Build
A group session, then building with guidance.
Weeks 8-10: Make it reliable
Measure on twenty real cases and agree with IT.
Weeks 11-12: Certification
Portfolio review and a rehearsal in week eleven.
What it costs

Frequently asked questions about the AI Lead Program
Because hiring doesn't work. 73 percent of Dutch employers can't fill their vacancies, and AI literacy ranks fourth among the hardest skills to find (ManpowerGroup, March 2026). And knowing the process is the hard part.
No. Building on real data means waiting for access and connections. If an AI lead is behind in week six, we flag it, with a recovery plan.
Governance is one of the competencies: every digital colleague has an owner, documentation and agreements with IT. Without those agreements, building doesn't start.
The building probably will. Choosing, judging and explaining last longer.
Then certification moves to the next cohort at no cost, or at the latest six weeks later.
