What is SignalMatch?
SignalMatch is a GDPR-proof CV anonymisation tool, built by SPAIK Labs for recruiters and small agencies who prepare dozens of CVs every day. The tool automatically strips all PII — names, contact details, addresses, BSN, IBAN, URLs — from a PDF CV and returns the document in the agency's house style: own logo, primary colour, font and template.
Work that takes 8 minutes per CV manually happens in under 30 seconds. A glanceable PII manifest shows exactly what was removed, so the recruiter ships the output PDF straight to the client — without re-reading, without retries. SignalMatch runs on Supabase with a PDF-parsing pipeline and LLM extraction. GDPR compliance is the architectural starting point, not a marketing badge — the output proves itself.
Why we built SignalMatch
Anonymisation is the most boring, most error-prone, most-skipped task in the recruitment workflow. And it's exactly the task with a GDPR fine attached. Solo recruiters bouncing between LinkedIn, Outlook and their ATS have no time for tools with onboarding tooltips or wizards. They want a PDF in, a PDF out, and on with their day.
