Gwen focuses on AI in product development and marketing. She comes from a product background and brings the discipline of user research to AI implementations: first understand what users really need, then build. At SPAIK she trains product teams, marketers and commercial departments. She has experience with sales automation, AI-assisted content production, and training teams that aren't naturally technical. Her style: practical, with plenty of room to experiment without anyone feeling dumb.
