About Booy

Booy helps teams actually use AI in their daily work. His background is in organisational change and learning design; he translates complex tools into workable routines. At SPAIK he leads the AI Literacy and AI Fundamentals trainings and coaches teams through the first months of AI adoption. He has worked with organisations ranging from 20 to 1,000 people and brought 350+ people at Movir up to the right AI level. His style: direct, accessible, and always focused on what can change tomorrow.
